The app is still installed
Open Banterbell → Me → Delete account. Type the confirmation word. The app deletes your files on the server, then deletes the account and the data tied to it. You are signed out.
The app is gone
Email hotro@banterbell.com with the subject “Delete Banterbell account”. Include the email address you used to register.
The request is handled within 15 days after the mailbox receives it. Deletion covers the account, workouts, measurements, photos and friend links on the server. Sleep is not stored on the server.
This address forwards to the operator’s Gmail. If the message bounces, install the app again and delete the account in Me.
